Account and plans¶
One account works across Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and the browser. Here you see how to sign in, what each plan includes and how to manage your subscription and your data.
Note
The apps are in Spanish today. Menu and button names appear as they are on screen, with an English gloss in brackets.
Access by invitation¶
Access to Saelyx is by invitation. You ask for it on Request access: your name, your email and what you want Saelyx for. Once it is approved you get an email with the link to sign in. No card is needed to start.
Signing in¶
- No password. You type your email, press Send code and enter the 6-digit code that arrives. Same on Mac, iPhone and the web.
- The sign-in screen may also show Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.
- Two-step verification (optional). On the web, Cuenta → Seguridad → Activar verificación en dos pasos (Account → Security → Turn on two-step verification): you scan the QR code with an authenticator app and confirm with a code. Saelyx shows recovery codes only once; keep them. The emailed code is still the first step.
- Signing out. Mac: Ajustes → Cuenta → Cerrar sesión web (Settings → Account → Sign out). iPhone: Más → Tu cuenta → Cerrar sesión (More → Your account → Sign out). To sign out another device, on the web use Conexiones → Dispositivos → Revocar (Connections → Devices → Revoke).
Free and Pro¶
There are two plans. Prices include VAT and there is no lock-in.

Units and daily quotas¶
What is counted is units: a minute talking to the agent is one unit, and other things cost more or less depending on what they cost to run.

Units renew every billing cycle. “Solo grabar” (record only) in a meeting does not use meeting units.

What is Pro only¶
Pro only
Everything Saelyx can do opens with Pro: there is no higher plan with hidden features. If the units fall short, you add more without changing plan.

See your plan and usage¶
- Mac: Ajustes → Cuenta (your name, email and plan) and Ajustes → Tu plan (what it includes).
- iPhone: Más → Tu cuenta.
- Web: Tu Saelyx → Uso (Your Saelyx → Usage; your activity this month) and Cuenta → Facturación (Account → Billing).
Change plan and cancel¶
Subscribing to Pro, changing plan and cancelling all happen on the web: Cuenta → Facturación.
- With no subscription, you can move to Pro there, monthly or yearly.
- With a subscription, Gestionar suscripción (Manage subscription) opens the secure payments portal: change plan, update your card or download invoices.
- You cancel yourself, with no calls and no lock-in, and keep the plan until the paid period ends.
- If a price ever changes, you get an email before it applies.
Export and delete your data¶
- Export. Mac: Ajustes → Datos y privacidad → Exportar mis datos (Settings → Data and privacy → Export my data) downloads a JSON file with your profile and session history. Web: Cuenta → Datos → Descargar mis datos. For a full copy, with images and documents, Cuenta → Datos → Generar copia ahora creates a
.zip. - Delete. Mac: Ajustes → Datos y privacidad → Borrar mi cuenta. Web: Cuenta → Datos → Eliminar mi cuenta, where you type
ELIMINARto confirm.
Careful
Deleting your account permanently removes your account, your history and your devices, and cancels your subscription. It cannot be undone. Export first whatever you want to keep.
