01 Who provides the service
Saelyx is a service operated by Enekui (A Coruña, Spain). Contact: hello@saelyx.app.
02 What Saelyx is
Saelyx is a real-time multimodal AI agent for macOS (iPhone, iPad and web coming later). It sees your screen, sees you through the camera and hears you, all at once, reasons over all of it and answers out loud. The app needs system permissions for screen recording and the microphone.
03 Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- The account is personal: do not share it.
- You are responsible for whatever happens while you are logged in.
04 Acceptable use
You may not use Saelyx to:
- Spy on other people without their consent (follow your local laws on recording conversations).
- Generate illegal or fraudulent content, or content that infringes other people's rights.
- Work around the service's usage limits or reverse-engineer the technology.
- Resell access to Saelyx without an express agreement with us.
05 Plans and payments
- Access to Saelyx today is invite-only and free. There is no paid option running and nothing is charged for using the service.
- When paid options exist, their terms and prices will be published on the pricing page before anyone is charged, and anyone who already has an account will be told by email in advance. No surprise charges.
- Taking up a paid option will always be a voluntary, explicit act: it does not switch itself on at the end of any period.
- Once payments exist, you will be able to cancel whenever you like from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you paid for, with a 14-day right of withdrawal under the applicable consumer legislation.
06 Intellectual property
You keep ownership of everything you produce with Saelyx. We keep ownership of the app, the brand, the code and the infrastructure. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service.
07 Availability
We do everything we can to keep Saelyx available and stable. If there is planned maintenance we will give at least 24 hours' notice by email. We do not guarantee any particular uptime.
08 Limitation of liability
Saelyx is a support tool: the decisions you take based on its suggestions are yours. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or consequences arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
09 Cancellation and closing your account
You can delete your account whenever you like from the dashboard or by writing to hello@saelyx.app. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of A Coruña, unless the consumer legislation that applies to you provides otherwise.
